 | | Celotex thermal insulation rigid boards for roof & floor
In brief our product range comprises the following products:
General Thermal Insulation |
Celotex T-Break™ TB3000 products have similar characteristics to our tuff-R range but with un-reinforced core foam. The T-Break name highlights the fact that these boards will provide simple solutions to overcome localised thermal bridges. These boards are available in thicknesses ranging from 12 to 45 mm with a standard board size of 1200 x 2400 mm. Celotex tuff-R™ GA3000 is the heart of the product range, providing both multi-purpose thermal insulation solutions which are uniquely reinforced with glass fibres. These products feature the best reaction-to-fire performance (Euroclass D/S2/d0), measured in accordance with new European Standards, of any similar product on the market. These boards are available in thicknesses from 50 to 100 mm with a standard board size of 1200 x 2400 mm. Celotex Extra-R™ XR3000 is manufactured on our latest state-of-the-art restrained rise production line and features the unique Celotex jointless laydown technology. This technology enables us to offer boards with no visible seams in the foam laydown. This product is targeted at ‘cut-to-fit’ applications for installation between rafters or joists and will enable users to achieve lower u-values with a single layer of insulation than has been previously possible. These boards are available in thicknesses ranging from 110 to 200 mm with a standard board size of 1200 x 2400 mm. Floor Insulation Celotex fast-R FF3000 is a product range aimed specifically at the underfloor heating market where the increased compressive strength of the product provides better dimensional stability and resistance to site traffic during installation whilst the foam structure ensures better pipe clip retention. These boards all feature the unique jointless laydown system are available in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 150 mm with a standard board size of 1200 x 600 mm or 1200 x 2400 mm to assist handling on site. Cavity Wall Insulation Celotex tuff-R™ CW3000 is aimed specifically at offering cavity wall applications and is reinforced with glass fibres. These products feature pure aluminium facers and the best reaction-to-fire performance (Euroclass D/S2/d0), measured in accordance with new European Standards, of any similar product on the market. These boards are available in thicknesses ranging from 25 to 100 mm with a standard board size of 1200 x 450 mm. Flat Roof Insulation Celotex Energy Lok™ EL3 EL3 is a purpose designed insulation board offering maximum flexibility for use in built-up flat roofing applications. These include hot applied bituminous and mastic asphalt waterproofing systems and fully adhered singly-ply membranes. These boards are available in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 150 mm and come in two different board sizes; 1200 x 600 mm or 1200mm x 2400 mm. Celotex Tempchek™ TA3 has foil facings for mechanically fixed and ballasted single-ply systems where the higher compressive strength of the board gives improved resistance to site traffic during installation. These boards all feature the unique jointless laydown system to improve the flatness of the product and are available in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 150 mm with a standard board size of 1200 x 2400 mm. Celotex Tempchek™ Deck TD3000 is a foil faced thermal insulation board which comes pre-bonded to a 6 mm WBP deck for flat roof areas where only occasional trafficking is expected. These boards are available in thicknesses ranging from 70 to 120 mm (excluding 6mm thick WBP deck) with a standard board size of 1200 x 2400 mm. Commercial and Industrial Lining Celotex double-R™ LG3 is a high performance insulation board with a white painted stucco embossed foil face and approval from the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) for use as a lining board. As you would expect, these products also achieve a class leading reaction-to-fire performance of Euroclass B/S2/d0 when measured in accordance with European Standards. These boards are available in thicknesses from 25 to 50 mm with a standard board size of 1200 x 2400 mm. |
